This will increase massively as we rollout our Franchise model nationally over the next 5 years. 2. What is Business Growth Support?Business coaching is a very fast growing industry. Don’t confuse it with consultancy or Life/Executive Coaching. It isn’t that!. What it is, is focused on delivering better performance and growth for businesses of all shapes and sizes. The Business Booster targets the SME (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) market place. A franchisee will utilise their own sales and marketing and general business experience, supported by our own unique products and processes to deliver fantastic results to their client through systems and process, marketing and sales improvements. 3. Is there a real need for your services?Business training, consultancy and coaching is big business. There are over 4 million SME companies in the UK with over 300,000 new companies incorporated each year. Not only is the potential market huge but within this market there is a great need for practical business support services. 20% of businesses fail in the first year and 50% in the first three years. If that isn't proof enough that help is required then I don't know what is. Most of the SME's in the UK are operated by people who have little or no knowledge of sales & marketing, and many have no previous experience of running a business. Even experienced owners and managers are often overwhelmed with daily activity and "can't see the wood for the trees". Consequently there's huge demand for expert and proven business support, particularly in the area of sales growth‚ an area we both specialise and excel in. 4. How hard is it to get Clients? And do I have to get them for myself?As a Business Booster Specialist, part of your role will be to manage the sales and marketing processes for your exclusive territory. A strong background in sales is a significant advantage for this role, although experience of achieving challenging business goals (e.g. financial targets, budgets etc.) could equally demonstrate you have what it takes. We have put in place a world class sales and marketing process designed by experts. All you have to do is follow the process. The process is simple, but will involve effort on your behalf, for example you will have to network and get to know other local businesses in your area. Remember, there are well over 4 million SME businesses the UK with more than 300,000 being added every year. That's plenty of potential clients! Our flexible Franchise Packages provide different degrees of Lead Generation and Brand Development 5. Can I really earn a substantial six figure salary?Yes you can. It may sound hard to believe, but we've structured our business very carefully to ensure everyone is properly rewarded. This income is based on getting new clients onto Booster Booster ‘Main Events’ every month and we know exactly how to achieve this. We also know from experience that this will translate into at least 2 one-to-one coaching sessions per quarter, as well as those generated through your own 1 to 1 Meetings. But don't for one minute think that it's going to be easy. You still have to earn your money! You do have to put the effort in, but because our systems are so detailed and straightforward you work smarter ‚ not harder. 6. What does the Franchise Fee include?The fee includes an exclusive business territory, a Marketing Launch package, a full training and support package, including 6 days of residential training courses, licence to trade under our name, access to all of our manuals and materials, a website, membership of the monthly 'Specialists Academy', and entitles you to all future support including initial stationery packs. How much is the Franchise Fee?The Franchise Fee is reviewed at each stage of our strategic rollout programme. Currently territories are available for £17,500 plus VAT. Do I have to pay a Monthly Management Service Fee?Once you have paid the initial Franchise Fee, you don’t have to pay any other fees until you have paying clients. There is no fixed fee! All ongoing payments you make to us are based on the success of your business. If you don’t earn We don’t earn! That’s what makes us particularly unique and means we focus on supporting our franchisees and developing you through to success! The ongoing Management Service Fee is based on only 20% of gross revenue (less the Delegate Fees). BUT remember 25% of that is re-invested into further lead generation for you! 9. How long does it take to get started as a Business Growth Specialist with The Business Booster Franchise?You will be ready to start working with new clients as soon as you have completed your initial Training. To begin with though, you will be building your profile and networking within your newly acquired exclusive territory, with the aim of setting up face to face 1 to 1 meetings. In effect your focus for 2 months will be to ‘sell and establish’ your business. We would expect you to make your first sale within your 3rd month of operation. 10. How long does it take to get back my Franchise Fee?Unlike many other Franchise opportunities we’ve set the fee at a level where we know 99% of our people will have earned well over the initial fee within their first year. What’s more we GUARANTEE it! We guarantee you will earn your fee back within the first 12 months or we will take back the franchise and pay you the difference between your Year 1 earnings and the fee, if that’s what you want. You do have to prove that you have followed the process and systems we define though. 11. Can I get help funding my franchise?Yes you can. The Franchise Development Team will work with you to develop business plans and forecasts during the Due Diligence business planning phase with us, ahead of joining our network. The Business Booster has a number of partners we introduce you to to support your funding requirements. At the moment we work with one bank in particular who will provide 100% of your funding requirements. 12. What support structure do you have in place?We believe that the support structure of any Franchise organisation is one of the most important aspects of running a successful Franchise. You have to know that you'll never be left alone 'to get on with it'. Of course our training is so detailed you won't need constant supervision, but you will need help from time to time. That's why we have a structure in place that ensures your success... We have a fantastic centralised back office support function dedicated to you which not only manages quotes, invoices and chases payments on your behalf, but it will also act as your secretary, taking calls and helping organise events. On top of this you have access to Ben Kench and the Franchise Development Team for ongoing support, mentoring and guidance. We guarantee you'll never feel alone. You'll never have to worry about anything. You'll be comforted in the knowledge that we place huge value on supporting you and all our other colleagues. The development of a TEAM of specialists is very important to us! 13. How do your training and systems compare to other Franchise organisations?It's what we do and we practice what we preach. We understand our business inside out. Our training procedures and manuals reflect the systematic approach we take with all our clients. We believe we offer the best training available in our industry. With a-b-c type, step-by-step instructions, and an attention to detail that will stagger you, we know we will put you well on your way to becoming a true expert in the field business growth and transformation. We don't accept everyone as Franchisees, but those that qualify already have the basic skills ‚ we just give them the tools of our trade! 14. What type of person is perfect for this business?If you meet the initial criteria described within our Franchise Proposition Document (Click here to Download) and are successful in being selected then the answer is yes, you could well be suited to making our Franchise work.. Success is dependant upon effort on your part and that is the ingredient that is hard for any recruitment process to evaluate. Typically our franchisees must have sales and marketing or general management experience first and foremost. We will be monitoring the performance of the network in total and if you need help then we will provide it. We have tried to point out positive points and potential pitfalls on this web site and attempted to create a realistic picture of how things will operate. We are very selective about the people we take on board. Why? Because our success is directly related to your success. Therefore we can't afford to accept just anyone. Our process of selection is detailed and will require significant input on your part even before you are offered the Franchise. Don't forget that our network structure only has limited places and we are seeking the best people for each one. 15. Where would my Clients be located?As close to your home as possible! We aim to offer territories that surround each Specialists home... if not then as close as possible. This means that every client is likely to be within about 50 miles! Obviously this means that you spend more time gaining new and managing existing clients and less time driving around. 16. Will this Franchise work in my area?Fundamentally, yes it will! It doesn’t matter what your clients manufacture or sell, pretty much every business owner wants ‘More money, less stress’ or to put it another way; more customers, more sales and more profits. What they don’t possess are the skills or experience to deliver these aims. That’s where a Business Booster Specialist comes in! We know every client will have a unique set of challenges or problems, but when you ‘strip a business back’ our processes and approach are universal and will meet the individual challenges. 17. What are the typical working hours/week?From our experience you should not need to work more than 50 to 60 hours a week. But make no bones about it, with every new business the first 12 months are the hardest. New challenges and new information will present itself. You will act like a sponge so need to be a good learner and prepared to test yourself. You will be very very busy to begin with. Not all the strategies you adopt will work first time. Some will work for you and not others, but rest assured we are here to help! 18. Can I work from Home?Most definitely yes! This is why setting up your franchise is quick and low cost. We recommend you work from home but in very much a separate space to the rest of your home. You need to be able to treat this role as ‘going to the office’ and then importantly being able to turn off the light of the office at the end of the day. 19. How can I expand my business?Over a few years you will add more and more clients to your portfolio and increase your reputation. This will ultimately add to your turnover and profits and lead to substantial earnings without the need to expand into offices or necessarily employ staff. It's one of the big advantages of a Business Booster Specialist franchise! However, for those that "make the grade" there's the opportunity to become a Business Booster Partner Franchisee. Partner Franchisees must firstly prove themselves as successful Business Booster Specialist by gaining a number of positive testimonials from one-to-one coaching clients. Once you have achieved this you may, if you wish, buy into the Partner level which allows you to run the Business Booster™ 'Main Event's for yourself and acquire 4 Licenses for employed Specialists, "boosting" your profits even further. 20. What contracts do I have to sign?At the end of the recruitment process and Due Diligence business planning stage, you will be asked to sign the Business Booster Franchise Agreement, should we decide to offer you the franchise. This is a legally binding document and the term of our agreement is for 5 Years. You will be eligible to renew your agreement for a further 5 years, provided you have managed your Franchise in compliance with the Franchise Agreement. 21. What if I am still in employment and have to serve notice?Not a problem, if we mutually agree that you are right for the role, we will reserve the territory you want, once you have signed the agreement and paid a deposit of £5,000 plus VAT.
